Jen currently lives in Western KY but is researching where to move for retirement. A former teacher, she works part time coordinating conferences and regional competitions at a local university.
Jen is a mom to four kids and a daughter-in-law. She became an empty nester in fall of 2024. Her grown kids are pursuing careers in engineering, wildlife biology, and academia as a college professor. She treasures those all too rare times when they are able to all gather together.
Jen loves her two dogs, travel, audiobooks, and time with family and friends. When she has free time you’ll find her seeking beautiful places, chasing cool weather, and checking off national parks.
