Greg McDonald

Greg is co-founder of Embracing the Journey Inc. and co-author of the book Embracing the Journey, A Christian Parent’s Blueprint to Loving Your LGBTQ Child, and the Embracing the Journey Companion Study Guide. Greg has enjoyed a career spanning over 30 years as a business owner and industry leader in the private sector, where he served as Executive Vice President for Acosta Sales and Marketing, a leading sales and marketing organization. He has served on numerous Boards, Advisory Boards, and Committees, including The Clorox Company, McNeil, Nestle, Simply Eight, Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, Renovus, Pregnancy Resource Center of West Michigan, Orphan Helpers, Ada Christian School Board, and Young Life Michigan and Latin America. Today, Greg pursues his passion for helping LGBTQ Christian families become reconciled and restored with one another, moving one step closer to Jesus. Greg is the proud dad of Greg Jr. and Connie and is dad-in-law to Matt and Jon. He is also the adoring grandfather (Papa) to three grandchildren.
