One-on-One Confidential Parental Care

One-on-one guidance and support are the core of our ministry. Our Care Team of 100+ caring Christian parents all have LGBTQ+ children and are here to walk with you and help you navigate the complex emotions associated with having an LGBTQ+ child. These are not uncharted waters for us. We have ministered to thousands of Christian parents with LGBTQ+ children from 50 states and 39 countries. ​If you or a loved one wants to talk with a member of our Care Team, we are here for you. Because of the generosity of families and churches our ministry has blessed, we do not charge for our services.

Virtual Parent Care Groups

Embracing the Journey Parent Care Groups are live, virtual small groups conducted online. Our groups are designed to help Christian parents on their journey of having an LGBTQ+ child. We believe no parent should have to navigate these choppy and uncharted waters alone.

We would love to invite you to join one of our groups. They are by invitation only, so if you are interested in joining or have questions, please contact us via the button below. We will schedule a telephone call or online meeting with you to learn more about you and your child. At the same time, we will offer you valuable insights and resources to help you on this journey God has trusted you with.

We introduce Christian parents to other Christian parents, often with very conservative backgrounds, who are on similar journeys. Groups consist of about 20 parents meeting for 1.5 hours twice a month across various time zones. Groups are organized for parents with lesbian, gay, and bisexual children or transgender and nonbinary children.  Facilitated by our Embracing the Journey Care Team—comprised of Jesus followers who also have LGBTQ+ children—these SAFE and CONFIDENTIAL sessions guide parents along the continuum (see image below) from fear and survival to thriving, where they find peace and purpose they once thought impossible.  Click on the image below to download a copy.
