kevin & Kathy Buller

Kevin and Kathy have been married for 30 years and have six children. Kevin is the Director of Lab Operations for a local manufacturing company. Kathy has been a stay-at-home Mom for the past 29-years and enjoys teaching as a Firearms Instructor. Kevin and Kathy were both raised in conservative Christian homes and raised their children likewise. Their world was rocked when their eldest daughter came out as gay in June 2015 and now identifies as Homoromantic Asexual. After living in denial and with a very judgmental love for four years, they began to realize they were going to lose her if something didn’t change. Kathy started doing research online and found Embracing the Journey by Greg and Lynn McDonald. After reading the book and joining a parent support group, their lives were changed forever. In December 2020, their world was rocked once more when their middle son came out as Bi-sexual. They strive every day to discover God’s purpose. They are committed to supporting and embracing their children with unconditional love and helping other parents on this same journey.
